Architect / Project Manager – 5+ Years Experience Quincy, Massachusetts

We are an architecture and engineering firm based in Quincy, MA, seeking a licensed and talented Architect with strong project management skills to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional with 5+ years of experience who can lead projects from concept through construction while coordinating with clients, consultants, and internal teams. Lead projects from initial concept through construction completion Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables Prepare and oversee architectural drawings, specifications, and permit sets Coordinate with in-house engineers, consultants, and contractors Serve as the primary point of contact for clients Navigate local permitting and regulatory processes Conduct site visits and provide construction administration services Ensure compliance with Massachusetts building codes and zoning regulations Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture Minimum 5+ years of professional experience Strong project management and leadership skills Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and related design software Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities Licensed Architect (or actively pursuing licensure) Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously Familiarity with permitting processes in the Greater Boston area Experience in residential and commercial projects
