Strong design ability Knowledge of building systems and construction documentation Experience with detailing and document production Familiarity with Massachusetts public bidding laws Sustainable design experience, including LEED Construction administration experience (RFIs, submittals, ASIs, punch lists) Proficiency in Bluebeam, Revit and AutoCAD Familiarity with SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office
