Architect Project Manager

River Street Architecture (RSA), located in Chattanooga, Tennessee, is seeking an Architect Project Manager to join our team. Lead and contribute to the design, documentation, and construction administration of a variety of project types, all the while advocating for high-end design solutions and problem solving. Coordinate and communicate directly with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout all project phases; always seeking to balance the client’s project needs with the individual expression of the architect and/or the project. Strong graphic and representational skills such as drawing, sketching, and modeling; both as a means of design and problem solving. Strong communication skills.
