FleischmanGarciaMaslowski Architecture is seeking a talented Architect / Project Manager to join our growing Tampa studio. We are looking for a design-minded leader who is passionate about architecture, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is excited to guide projects from concept through construction.

What You’ll Do

As an Architect / Project Manager, you will play a key role in shaping both projects and studio culture by:

· Leading project teams through all phases of design and documentation

· Coordinating consultants, schedules, budgets, and project deliverables

· Ensuring construction documents reflect the integrity of the design vision

· Overseeing construction administration and client communication

· Mentoring team members and fostering a collaborative studio environment

· Contributing to design discussions, technical problem-solving, and project strategy

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who combines strong technical expertise with a passion for thoughtful design and team leadership.

Qualifications

· Minimum 10 years of professional architectural experience

· Florida Registered Architect preferred

· Advanced proficiency in Revit Architecture

· Strong understanding of building codes, detailing, and construction systems

· Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills

· Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining design quality

· Collaborative mindset with a desire to grow professionally within the firm
