Position Overview
The Project Architect / Architectural Project Manager will lead and coordinate projects through all phases of design and construction. This role requires a detail-oriented Architect with strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
The ideal candidate is a proactive Project Manager who can confidently oversee consultant coordination, client communication, construction documentation, and project delivery while maintaining design quality and schedule expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage healthcare and commercial architecture projects from planning through constructionLead project teams and coordinate consultants throughout all project phasesPrepare and oversee construction documents using RevitMaintain strong communication with clients, consultants, and internal teamsEnsure projects meet schedule, budget, and quality expectationsApply building code knowledge to project documentation and coordinationParticipate in client meetings and project presentationsMentor junior staff and support team collaborationCoordinate project deliverables and construction administration activitiesManage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail
Qualifications
5–8+ years of experience in architecture and/or project managementAccredited degree in ArchitectureLicensure or actively pursuing licensure preferredHealthcare project experience preferred but not requiredAdvanced Revit proficiency requiredStrong understanding of construction documents and detailingKnowledge of applicable building codes and standardsExcellent organizational and communication skillsAbility to lead teams and manage multiple deadlinesExperience coordinating consultants and client relationships
