Architect – Project Manager

As an Architect – Project Manager at Klingner, you’ll guide teams focused on navigating clients and communities toward successful project outcomes. This role is at the head of our integrated design teams, managing all aspects of project document development and providing hands‑on supervision for multidisciplinary staff. Estimate fees, determine scope of work, and prepare and uphold Klingner Client Services Agreements, Klingner Sub‑Consultant Agreements, and requests for additional services. Serve as primary contact with clients to bring projects to completion on schedule; within budget; and with a focus on client trust, rapport, and satisfaction. Understand Business Development and genuinely and consistently build and maintain ongoing professional relationships with clients.
