Architectural Project Manager
We’re looking for a talented and motivated Architectural Project Manager (5+ years of experience) to join our team and help bring projects to life from concept through completion. In this role, you’ll lead a variety of commercial and office projects, collaborate closely with clients and teammates, and play a meaningful part in shaping both our projects and our firm’s future.
You’ll have the opportunity to mentor junior staff, contribute to business development efforts, and help refine how we work—all within a supportive, close-knit team environment.
What You’ll DoLead architectural projects from initial concept through final completion, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget goals are achieved.Oversee design and delivery for a range of projects, including commercial spaces, offices, tenant fit-outs, and small healthcare facilities.Guide the preparation and coordination of construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD.Mentor and support junior team members, helping them grow in design, documentation, and project coordination.Build strong relationships and coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders.Provide responsive, client-focused service by addressing questions or challenges quickly and thoughtfully.Manage multiple projects at once, staying organized and adaptable in a fast-paced setting.Share ideas to improve workflows, project delivery, and office processes.Get involved in marketing and business development efforts, including proposal preparation and strategy.Collaborate with teammates to maintain a positive, team-oriented culture and deliver consistent, high-quality work.Develop functional, efficient space planning solutions that align with client needs.What You BringDegree in Architecture5+ years of experience in an architectural project management or similar roleStrong proficiency in Revit and AutoCADExperience managing projects from design through construction completionSolid experience in space planning, particularly for commercial/office environmentsAbility to juggle multiple projects and priorities effectivelyStrong communication and coordination skillsA client-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solvingA collaborative leadership style and interest in mentoring othersInterest in business development and contributing to firm growthEligibility and motivation to pursue architectural registration (if not already licensed)Nice to HaveMaster’s degree in ArchitectureArchitectural license (or progress toward licensure)Experience with commercial, office, and small healthcare projectsFamiliarity working with property managers on tenant fit-outsInterest in improving processes and workflowsComfort in a fast-paced, high-volume project environmentEngagement or interest in professional organizations like AIAWhat It’s Like to Work HereYou’ll be part of a small, collaborative team of about 10–14 people where everyone’s input matters. We offer a business casual workplace, use Revit and AutoCAD as our primary tools, and are based in Baltimore City, with the option to transition to a hybrid schedule after approximately 90 days.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Baltimore, MD.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $43.27 - $60.10/hr.
