Company Description Key Skilled Personnel (KSP) is a staffing firm based in Southern California, with offices in Covina and Architect / Project Manager Location: Salinas, CA Salary: $95,000 “ $115,000 per year Job Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities Lead architectural planning and design for institutional projectsPrepare and oversee construction documents and specificationsEnsure code compliance with all agencies having jurisdictionCoordinate with engineering consultants and project stakeholdersManage project schedules, deliverables, and documentationOversee construction administration, RFIs, submittals, and site coordinationParticipate in client meetings and project presentationsSupport internal team collaboration and project production Required Qualifications California Licensed Architect (minimum 4 years licensed)Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture7“10 years of professional architectural experienceExperience working on California healthcare and/or public school projectsStrong understanding of building codes and regulatory requirementsAbility to manage projects through all phases of design and constructionStrong communication and collaboration skills Preferred Experience Experience with HCAI (formerly OSHPD) healthcare projectsExperience with DSA-reviewed public school projects xywuqvpExperience coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teamsExperience with construction administration and field coordinationExperience managing multiple projects simultaneously Software Skills Revit (required)AutoCADSketchUpFamiliarity with construction documentation workflows Benefits Medical insuranceHealth Savings Account (HSA)401(k) with company contributionFlexible schedulePaid time offContinuing education reimbursementProfessional development assistanceTechnical training and professional conferencesLicensing fee reimbursement Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
