Architect Project Manager-Construction Admin experience

Responsibilities will vary based on project needs, skills, and experience, but our approach is one that values the continuity of a project team throughout design and documentation. Manage all aspects of project delivery, including documentation, budgeting, scheduling, and construction administration.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants and internal project teams.Lead design coordination and ensure alignment with client goals, building codes, and firm standards.Oversee preparation of drawings, specifications, and other project documentation.Monitor project schedules and budgets; proactively identify and address potential issues.Facilitate project meetings and manage correspondence between stakeholders.Mentor and guide junior staff in professional growth and project processes. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.8+ years of professional experience, including demonstrated construction administration experience.Experience in residential, high-rise, and low-rise multifamily and mixed-use projects.Strong knowledge of business systems, codes, and construction methods.Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit preferred.Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
