Architect - Project Manager - Davenport, IA

As an Architect – Project Manager at Klingner, you’ll guide teams focused on navigating clients and communities toward successful project outcomes. In addition to maintaining quality, cost, and schedule for complex projects, you will get to work directly with clients, head up interviews, and pursue exciting new work. Estimate fees, determine scope of work, and prepare and uphold Klingner Client Services Agreements, Klingner Sub‑Consultant Agreements, and requests for additional services. Manage time and personal workload as well as work efforts of others to meet project task deadlines and commitments with occasional interaction and direction from team leaders. Serve as primary contact with clients to bring projects to completion on schedule; within budget; and with a focus on client trust, rapport, and satisfaction.
