Architect/Project Manager – Higher EducationHasenstab Architects is seeking a Project Manager specializing in higher education projects. This is an in-person role with the option to work from any of our offices in Akron, Cleveland, or Pittsburgh.Requirements:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture10+ years of experience designing higher education projectsExperience developing construction documents and specificationsUnderstanding of RevitAbility to clearly and effectively communicate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal team membersResponsibilities:Lead the project planning and coordination process from concept through completionOversee design development, ensuring alignment with client goals and project requirementsCoordinate with consultants, engineers, and other stakeholdersDevelop and manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverablesManage construction administration, including contractor questions and RFI responsesWe offer an excellent working environment, competitive salaries, generous benefit packages, and opportunities to give back to the community.
