This Higher Proficiency-to-Expertise level position both manages and documents projects and is expected to build on existing client relationships as well as begin to forge relationships with new clients. The incumbent of this position must be a Licensed Architect or may be unlicensed but carry 15years of Architectural design experience.Job DescriptionBe familiar with firm-client contract or agreement for the design and delivery of the project and the client's objectives and expectations totaling up to and including approximately $10M construction value.Review project scope, client's RFP, and SWBR's proposal. They would be expected to continually train and mentor staff with whom they are currently working.Job RequirementsHas a 4-year or 5-year degree from an accredited program in Architecture; an advanced degree in this field is preferredNYS license to practice architecture is required along with a minimum of 7-10 years of related architectural experience.
