What You'll DoLead projects through all phases of planning, design, and constructionManage project scope, schedules, budgets, staffing, and overall project performanceServe as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for clientsCoordinate multidisciplinary teams of architects, engineers, consultants, and stakeholdersFacilitate project meetings, design reviews, and client presentationsEnsure project quality through strong QA/QC processes and technical oversightCollaborate with operational, accounting, and business leadership to support project successMentor and develop project team members while fostering a collaborative cultureSupport business development efforts and help expand client relationshipsDrive project delivery while balancing schedules, budgets, project goals, and team prioritiesWhat We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications✔ Bachelor's Degree in Architecture

✔ Registered Architect (RA)

✔ 12+ years of architectural experience

✔ 5+ years of project management experience

✔ Proven success leading complex projects and multidisciplinary teams

✔ Strong client relationship, communication, and leadership skills

✔ Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and staffing plans

✔ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred QualificationsExperience managing large-scale commercial, institutional, mixed-use, civic, or campus projectsLEED Accreditation or sustainable design experiencePMP CertificationExperience mentoring and leading project teamsPassion for collaboration and contributing to an employee-owned cultureThe Impact You'll MakeThis role goes beyond project management.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $45.67 - $64.90/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
