Architect Project Manager

Looking for a talented and motivated Project Architect/Project Manager for a full-service architectural firm based in Louisville, KY, with satellite offices in Lexington, KY, Nashville, TN, Indianapolis, IN, and Cleveland, OH. Provide architectural design services for Multi-Family, Senior care and Hospitality projects across over 20 states in the US. Our focus is on delivering professional services tailored to meet each client's specific needs with enthusiasm, integrity, and discretion.

Description

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in construction documents and construction administration. A qualified applicant will be leading a small team on a variety of projects.Multi-family and Senior Care projects experience is preferred but not required.Offers flexibility for hybrid in-office/ remote work.

Responsibilities

Develop schematic designsCommunicate with the client's representativesDirect and coordinate production of construction documentsWork and coordinate with engineering consultants throughout all phases of the projectLead project coordination meetingsPerform construction administration dutiesParticipate in marketing efforts including attending presentations to prospective clientsMentor junior staff

Qualifications And Skills

Professional degree in Architecture5+ years of related experienceProficiency in Revit, Bluebeam Studio and MS TeamsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with building codes, specifications, building and engineering systemsExperience in Senior Care or Multi-Family projects preferred.
