MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants. 7-15+ years of architectural experience, with prior team leadership strongly preferred.Licensed Architect (or ability to mentor licensure candidates through AXP).Strong portfolio of work across commercial, institutional, light industrial, or civic markets.Experience at reputable architecture or integrated firms such as HagerSmith, ISG, SFLA, HKS, Gensler, Perkins&Will, or similar (not required but aligns well).Excellent communication, team leadership, and client‑facing skills.Ability to lead multiple projects while coaching junior and growing design staff.Strong understanding of design technology, building codes, and integrated project workflows.
