A growing high-end residential construction and design firm is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Residential Architect to join their team. This individual will play a key role in the design, planning, and execution of custom luxury homes and residential renovation projects from concept through construction.

Key Responsibilities

Develop architectural plans, elevations, and construction documents for custom residential projectsCollaborate with clients, designers, and project teams throughout all phases of design and constructionPrepare and coordinate permit and construction drawing setsEnsure plans meet local building codes, zoning requirements, and project specificationsCoordinate with consultants, engineers, and subcontractors as neededAssist with material selections and design detailingReview shop drawings, RFIs, and project revisions during construction

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture required3+ years of residential architectural experience preferredExperience with luxury custom homes or high-end residential remodeling strongly preferredProficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar architectural softwareStrong understanding of residential construction methods and detailingKnowledge of permitting processes, zoning regulations, and building codes
