Architect - Residential + Mixed Use

Founded in 1973, ISG is excited to bolster our team with a creative Architect to support our Residential + Mixed-Use Business Unit. As an Architect, you will be an ISG Employee Owner working collaboratively with your fellow employee owners to develop creative solutions. Here are a few recent projects: The Quarters – Ames, Ames, IA Cherapa Place Development, Sioux Falls, SD Bryk on Broadway, Rochester, MN Residential + Mixed-Use Architecture portfolio Essential Duties Work interactively with clients and other design professionals in a creative environment on a broad range of unique housing projects Work directly with clients in all phases of design process to construction, including master planning, documentation, funding development, programming, and presenting Communicate project goals, objectives, design standards and procedures with project managers and multi-discipline team Serve as a mentor and build the team We’ve listed a compensation range that reflects our expectations for this role, including both direct and indirect components.
