Our client in the Seattle, WA area is an established Architecture Firm and is looking for an Experienced Architect to support their expanding project list.

JOB SUMMARY:

Working alongside other team members, this professional develops residential architect designs under general supervision by the business owner.

Candidate must be experienced in residential design, and be able to manage a design project on his/her own.Work directly with clients to realize their dream design.Has experience working with construction contractors and local governments on client's behalf.researching, compiling, and recording information for assigned project work.Create drawings and designs to ensure adherence to established specifications and standards, and implements any changes as directed.Assists project teams and other staff members as required.Ideal candidates will meet the following requirements:

10 yrs experience in residential architecture design - single family homes preferred.Demonstrated skills and talent in AutoCAD (SketchUp and other 3D program skills a plus),.Excellent problem solver and independent thinker with good listening skills and strong follow-through.Have excellent English skills (spelling, grammar, etc.)Strong verbal and graphic communication, organizational and collaborative skills.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Commitment to their own professional growth as designer, architect.Commitment to obtaining licensure preferred.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without visa sponsorship.They offer a competitive compensation package based on experience and qualifications, a safe, comfortable work environment with a commitment to work-life balance.
