You will bring together design excellence, technical rigor, and strategic thinking to deliver architecture that is both deeply functional and experientially rich. Your Qualifications • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited program • Registered / licensed Architect • 15+ years of relevant experience delivering complex buildings across all phases within a commercial design firm, • Proven expertise in project leadership, client management, and technical design • Strong business acumen, communication, and team leadership skills • Mastery of Revit and advanced understanding of integrated building systems • Passion for design excellence and continuous learning • Demonstrated commitment to resilience and sustainable building practices in specific work samples. • This role is not remote or hybrid; we look forward to working with our new Architect in our dynamic Raleigh office.
