Lead architectural projects from schematic design to construction administration Primary construction administration contact (conduct site visits, lead owner/contractor meetings, resolve on-site challenges) Present design concepts/project updates to clients Ensure all projects adhere to relevant building codes, fire regulations, zoning laws, and accessibility requirements.
