Background in architecture with technical expertise using Revit and Bluebeam to create and develop detailed construction documents applying their knowledge of and experience with building codes, building systems, conceptual design phase, schematic design phase, site planning, zoning, bid packages, submittals, fieldwork, project scheduling, budgeting, and cost estimating. Interface with project managers, project teams, consultants, and clients. Commitment to and experience with sustainable design.
