The Building People has a position for a full-time Interior Architect in a prominent federal agency in the Washington, DC area. The successful candidate will have expertise/ knowledge of building codes and trades-specific requirements and a solid background in interior design and related construction planning and development. Excellent quantitative, analytic, and process mapping skills Expertise with AutoCAD 2015 or higher Proficient in Microsoft Office software - Project, Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook Proficient in SmartSheets software Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail Ability to multi-task and respond in quick time frames Successful completion of the NCIDQ or NCARB certifications Background in commercial or Federal government office planning The selected candidate will be eligible to begin employment before the background check has been finalized. However, continued employment will be contingent upon the results of your reference/background check from The Building People, LLC.
