This role helps translate design intent into buildable, well-coordinated deliverables by anticipating risk, aligning consultants and internal teams, and driving quality and consistency—supporting successful results for clients and project teams. Leads effort to deliver results across multiple projects, ensuring consistent quality, coordination, and milestone readiness while carrying design intent, Success Criteria, and code/life-safety strategy through to constructible drawings and spec intent. Drives issues to verified closure through active QA/QC (self and team) and documented cross-discipline coordination to prevent recurrence at later milestones and during CA. Works with others and cooperates effectively with the project team and consultants to reconcile design intent with constructable, coordinated deliverables, while communicating clear status, roadblocks, and next steps with predictable follow-through.
