While licensure is not mandatory, it is anticipated to be among your shortterm objectives.Your Key Responsibilities Keep the Project Manager updated on progress, expectations, deadlines, and deliverables within your responsibilities. Participate in team meetings, charrettes, and coordination sessions.Assist in monitoring and coordinating internal team and external consultant work and deadlines.Support project teams in developing designs through sketches, physical models, electronic models, diagrams, massing studies, and other visual formats.Develop design concepts, renderings, and presentation drawings.Utilize Autodesk Revit and other BIM technologies to create threedimensional models of buildings and their components.Prepare and revise documentation across various architectural phases, including site plans, floor plans, building elevations, building sections, and details.Coordinate building systems (structural, mechanical, electrical, etc.) At Stantec we are committed to ensuring our recruitment process is accessible to all.
