Architect/Architectural Staff - Tampa Office (5+ years)

RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop concepts based on given criteria; use feedback to modify designsWork collaboratively with other team members as to best approachIncrease required technical and functional skills in related technologies, which may include Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Revit, Rhino, Enscape, Sketchup, Photoshop, InDesign, and other 3D modeling, rendering programs and legacy programsLead small teams on a task-by-task basisParticipate in professional development activities and initiatives, both inside and outside the firmBuild and maintain a network of connections and resources within the industry; attend events central to the firm’s strengths and goalsAny other duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONSA professional degree in Architecture from a NAAB-accredited school5+ years of experience in a professional architecture environmentProficiency in Revit, Photoshop, InDesign, Enscape, and other 3D modeling and rendering programs such as RhinoKnowledge of materials, project design, and preparation of construction documentationExperience across all phases and aspects of a project is desirableEffective verbal and written communication skillsAble to work in a collaborative, professional mannerAble to problem solve with attention to detail and a desire to learnAble to work independently with little supervisionRequired: Licensed Architect OR actively pursuing and on track for future licensureTVS offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, as well as 401(k) Plan and ESOP program.
