Experience in Construction Administration Services, including on-site experience and problem solving.Strong skills in Communication to effectively collaborate with clients, teams, contractors, and consultants.Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools, as well as a strong understanding of building codes and construction regulations.Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field; professional licensure preferred but not required.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a detail-oriented focus.
