Architect/Landscape Architect - Entry/Junior Level

Waggonner & Ball, a Moffatt & Nichol Studio, is actively seeking an entry/junior level Architectural Designer with landscape interests to join our New Orleans office. Moffatt & Nichol is a leading U.S.-based global infrastructure advisor specializing in the planning and design of facilities that shape and serve our coastlines, harbors and rivers, as well as an innovator in transportation. Bachelor's degree in Architecture with 2 years of related design experience OR Master's degree in Architecture with entry (0) years of experience Interest in Landscape Architecture and willingness to learn design from licensed professionals Interest in working at all scales of design, from regional systems to details, and all project phases Effective verbal and written communication skills Problem solving skills, attention to detail, and motivation to learn Proficiency in 3D modeling, visualization, and graphic software Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite Interest in completing ARE, LARE, LEED AP, or NCIQ exams All new hires will be required to successfully complete and pass a pre-employment (post offer) background check in compliance with NIST 800-171 Waggonner & Ball, a Moffatt & Nichol Design Studio uses E-Verify and employment is contingent upon the legal ability to obtain employment in the U.S. and to present the required documentation at hire PLEASE INCLUDE A COPY OF YOUR PORTFOLIO WITH YOUR APPLICATION - any applications sans portfolio will be disqualified!
