In this role, you’ll own multiple architectural projects from concept through construction, working closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to deliver thoughtful, compliant, and innovative design solutions across educational, municipal, state, federal, financial, and commercial facilities. You’ll have the freedom to lead design, manage scope and budget, build strong client relationships, and mentor junior architects—without the bureaucracy of a large corporate firm.
