Architect/Project Manager

Architectural Firm with emphasis on Financial, Senior Living, Corporate, and Higher Education seeking Project Manager (PM)/Project Architect (PA) and recent Architectural Graduate for Pittsburgh, PA office.

The PM will be the team leader through all phases of design for multiple projects ranging in size from $500k to $40M. As the primary point of contact, strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills are required to facilitate staff and consultant scheduling and scope of work. Conceptual and practical design skills are required to assist and translate design ideas between client and staff. Candidate should have strong experience and technical knowledge in Building Codes, Construction Detailing, and Consultant Coordination along with Construction Administration experience. Candidate should have technical skills including AutoCAD/REVIT and Microsoft word, excel, and project.

Bachelor of Architecture or equivalent experience required. Prefer licensed Architect or at minimum completion of AXP (IDP) with +/- 15 years of experience. Excellent Benefits package including healthcare. Salary commensurate with experience.

Conceptual and practical design skills are required to assist and translate design ideas between client and staff. Candidate should have basic technical knowledge and exposure to Building Codes, Construction Detailing, and Consultant Coordination. Candidate should have technical skills including AutoCAD/REVIT, sketch-up, photoshop, and Microsoft word, excel, and project.
