As the primary point of contact, strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills are required to facilitate staff and consultant scheduling and scope of work. Candidate should have strong experience and technical knowledge in Building Codes, Construction Detailing, and Consultant Coordination along with Construction Administration experience. Prefer licensed Architect or at minimum completion of AXP (IDP) with +/- 15 years of experience. The Architectural Graduate will participate as part of the project team through all phases of design for multiple projects ranging in size from $500k to $40M. Strong communication, and organizational skills are required as roles will evolve with experience and project size.
