Architect/Project Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Architect Project Manager to join our team. This is a full-time, in-person role ideal for someone with strong design and technical skills, and the ability to take projects from concept through construction.

Duties

Lead and manage high-end custom residential projects from schematic design through construction
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors
Produce detailed construction documents in Revit
Oversee the permitting process and ensure compliance with Florida Building Code and local zoning regulations
Perform construction administration
Collaborate with internal design and drafting teams

Experience

Professional degree in Architecture, Florida architectural registration a plus
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in architecture and project management
Demonstrated experience with construction drawings and project management for custom single-family homes
Strong proficiency in Revit; AutoCAD and general office programs
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus
Must be currently based in South Florida

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
