This role requires strong design sensibility, technical expertise, and the ability to manage client relationships, internal teams, and project performance.The ideal candidate is a licensed architect with a track record of managing complex projects, mentoring junior staff, and driving high standards in both design and execution.RESPONSIBILITIESLead and manage multidisciplinary project teams from development to execution.Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest design and technical standards.Review and approve design work, drawings, and specifications to ensure quality control and code compliance.Develop and maintain clear construction documentation and specifications.Supervise and mentor team members, including architects, designers, and technical staff.Serve as the point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders; manage client expectations and maintain strong relationships.Manage project scope, contracts, budgets, and change orders in collaboration with firm leadership.Stay current with building codes, industry trends, materials, and sustainability standards.QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLSProfessional degree from an accredited Architectural program is required.
