Architect/Project Manager

Overview

The Architect/Project Manager leads architectural design and project coordination, applying building code analysis to support compliant, well-documented construction projects. This role combines design judgment with project management experience, including managing projects with construction values of $10 million or more.

Responsibilities

Be a primary client liaison and trusted advisor to clients.
Manage project schedules, budgets, and scope from kick off through completion.
Coordinate consultants and team members daily for project design and development.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with a high level of quality.
Focus on winning new business relationships, providing vision and strategy for proposals and interviews.
Lead and develop architects and interns.

Skills

Three to five years managing projects valued at $10 million or more.
Competent in Revit, Sketchup, Office 365, Adobe and Bluebeam.
Ability to interpret and apply building codes.
Strong understanding of building codes and ADA guidelines.
Strong project coordination, organization, and communication skills.

Pay: $84,200.00 - $102,000.00 per year
