We are actively building a talent network of Process Architects (Project Architect / Mid Architect level) with 5+ years of experience to support upcoming project needs across Eichleay’s operations in Larkspur, California and throughout the Western United States. At Eichleay, our architecture team works alongside multi-disciplinary engineering groups to deliver fully integrated facility and industrial design solutions. Our work spans life sciences, food & beverage, advanced manufacturing, energy, and industrial environments, where architectural design must align seamlessly with process, safety, and operational requirements. Work with the lead architect for architectural drawing production across all design phases Prepare complete construction document packages Conduct building code analysis, life safety evaluations, and accessibility compliance reviews Coordinate closely with engineers, designers, and project teams in a multi-discipline environment Perform materials research, design studies, and technical documentation Assist with planning activities, including scope, budget, and schedule development Participate in client interactions and project meetings, presenting design solutions Support proposal development and technical approach definitions Provide direction to designers, drafters, and design assist partners as needed Ensure quality control through self-checking and adherence to standards Work may be performed in an office, client site, or industrial/construction environment Occasional requirements: Standing, walking, reaching, climbing, or lifting up to 25 lbs May require travel to client sites or project locations Overtime may be required based on project demands Must adhere to all client site safety and operational protocols
