Architects

We are actively building a talent network of Process Architects (Project Architect / Mid Architect level) with 5+ years of experience to support upcoming project needs across Eichleay's operations in Larkspur, California and throughout the Western United States. Lead or support building surveys, programming, material and personnel flow development, and design development.Develop 3D models and architectural drawings using Revit 3D and AutoCAD.Work with the lead architect for architectural drawing production across all design phasesPrepare complete construction document packagesConduct building code analysis, life safety evaluations, and accessibility compliance reviewsCoordinate closely with engineers, designers, and project teams in a multi-discipline environmentPerform materials research, design studies, and technical documentationAssist with planning activities, including scope, budget, and schedule developmentParticipate in client interactions and project meetings, presenting design solutionsSupport proposal development and technical approach definitionsProvide direction to designers, drafters, and design assist partners as neededEnsure quality control through self-checking and adherence to standardsBasic Qualifications Experience working on industrial, life sciences, or facility design projects involving manufacturing and lab equipmentExperience collaborating within multi-discipline EPC/EPCM teamsExposure to cleanroom, GMP, or regulated environmentsAbility to manage multiple tasks of small size or portions of complex projectsExperience in the field, at active construction sites or gathering existing conditions informationCore Expectations (Aligned with Eichleay Values) Work may be performed in an office, client site, or industrial/construction environmentOccasional requirements:Standing, walking, reaching, climbing, or lifting up to 25 lbsMay require travel to client sites or project locationsOvertime may be required based on project demandsMust adhere to all client site safety and operational protocolsClient / Project Requirements (as applicable) Skills: 3D Modeling, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Analysis Skills, Architectural Design, Architectural Services, AutoCAD, Biology, Budget Management, Building Codes, Building Surveying, Capital Project, Cleanroom, Communication Skills, Construction, Cross-Functional, Customer Relations, Energy Performance Certificate (EPC), Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC/EPCC/EPCM), Follow Through, Food and Beverage Industry, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), Industrial Design, Laboratory Equipment, Leadership, Life Safety Systems, Lift/Move 25 Pounds, Maintain Compliance, Manufacturing, Multitasking, Network Architecture/Engineering, Presentation/Verbal Skills, Proposal Development, Quality Control, Regulations, Safety Process, Safety Training, Safety/Work Safety, Schedule Development, Technical Writing, Technical/Engineering Design, Willing to Travel, Writing Skills
