Category Architects Type Full Time Overview As an integral member of our Architecture team in Columbia, you will be an important part of the development and execution of complex architectural designs across higher education, K-12, corporate, healthcare, government, and commercial facilities. Working under the general direction of senior architects, you will resolve technical design challenges, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to design and documentation from concept through construction. Responsibilities Responsible for the architectural design efforts from schematic design through construction administration for multidisciplinary projects, focused on higher education, K-12, corporate, healthcare, government, and commercial sectors. Mentor junior architectural staff on design workflows, BIM integration, technical documentation, and code application to promote continuous improvement and professional growth. Minimum of 4 years' demonstrated professional architectural design experience within corporate, commercial, healthcare, government, higher education, and/or K-12 building sectors.
