Position: Architectural Staff The Will Group is seeking an Architectural Staff professional to support the design and delivery of K–12, commercial, and private building projects within a collaborative architecture and engineering environment.In this role, you’ll contribute to all phases of design—from programming through construction documents—while coordinating with in-house engineering teams and developing your technical and professional skills under the guidance of senior staff.What You’ll DoAssist with architectural design and documentationDevelop plans, elevations, sections, details, and schedulesCoordinate with structural, civil, and MEP disciplinesSupport construction administration activitiesApply building codes, accessibility standards, and firm best practicesWhat We’re Looking ForHigh School diploma required.
