Architectural 3D Visualization Specialist

Join our creative team as an Architectural 3D Visualization Specialist! We are seeking skilled professionals to help us bring our luxurious and inspiring spaces to life. Your expertise will support both our Creative and Architecture teams, translating visionary concepts into stunning, detailed renderings.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Architecture and Design teams to create renders, graphics, illustrations, and presentation materials that effectively communicate design intent and options.Develop intricate 3D models of entire buildings and spaces, focusing on materiality, spatial qualities, details, and overall project design from sketches and CAD files.Create detailed 3D models of furniture and home accessories.Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with precision and attention to detail under tight deadlines.Identify opportunities and challenges within project scope, proactively developing solutions.Requirements:

Exceptional skills in CAD and 3D model-building.Professional experience converting 2D drawings and images into 3D models.A background or degree in Architecture is preferred.Proficiency in Modeling Software: SketchUp required; experience with Rhino and Revit is a plus.Proficiency in Rendering Software: Enscape is required; familiarity with Lumion, Keyshot, and V-Ray is advantageous.Knowledge of 3Ds Max and Adobe Photoshop.Strong interpersonal skills for independent and collaborative work.
