Working alongside experienced assessment teams, the Architectural Assessor will perform on-site evaluations of architectural building components, collect and analyze facility data, and develop detailed reports that help federal clients make informed asset management decisions. • Support Asset Management Initiatives: Perform baseline analysis of facility and infrastructure assets utilizing Asset Management (AM) technologies under the guidance of project team leaders. • Strong observational skills with the ability to visually assess architectural building components and document facility conditions. • Approximately 50% travel is required. • Federal Per Diem is provided for all eligible travel days.
