Architectural Associate - Entry Level

Farnsworth Group is seeking an Architectural Associate – Entry Level in Phoenix, AZ. In this role, you will assist Project Managers by completing project design solutions for a wide variety of public and private sector projects. The position provides drawing support using a variety of graphics software and media, learning to prepare construction documents, beginning to learn client relations, and performing routine design tasks and project administrative tasks like writing reports. As an Architectural Associate, you will receive a well-rounded AXP experience for NCARB.

What You’ll Do

Visit project sites to review and document existing conditionsPrepare early schematic presentation design model, illustrations and renderingsAssist in preparing detailed drawings for construction representations of architecture designsCollaborate with our BIM/CAD Management Group

What You’ll Need

Master’s Degree in Architecture preferred; Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture required; degree must be from an accredited university0-2 years of professional experienceExperience with SketchUp, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office preferredProficient use of Revit required as well as computer graphic and 3D modeling experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skills
