We are seeking an Architectural Associate with 2–5 years of experience to join the Residential Team in our Naples, Florida office. This is an onsite position to facilitate collaboration on high-end residential projects. construction documents, including sketches, renderings, BIM models, graphics, details, sections, elevations, and schedules Exercise creative judgment and design application skills Contribute to design presentations and participate in client meetings as needed Compile data, perform design computations, and support production of amendments, addenda, and bulletins Perform site analysis, calculations, and surveys of existing conditions and field measurements Work alongside and understand the functional organization of the project team Utilize strong technical skills in Revit and other design application software Complete fulfilling work and continue to learn along the way Assist with coordination among team members and consultants Prepares Construction Administration documentation under supervision of Architect or Senior Architect Selfcheck work for accuracy, completeness, legibility, and compile in accordance with MHK standards.
