Architectural Associate

This role is responsible for the design, coordination, and delivery of construction documents across all project phases. Assist in the design process alongside in-house architects and engineers Develop and manage drawings from preliminary concepts through construction documents Support the design-build team in preparing accurate and complete proposal sets Maintain clear and consistent communication with supervisors and design staff Participate in an integrated BIM workflow in coordination with the Design Manager Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent, efficient project workflows Contribute to policy and procedure development Assist management with forecasting staffing needs based on project demands Review drawings for completeness and accuracy prior to submission Ensure quality standards are maintained across all projects Identify and mitigate design-related risks Highly organized work and documentation Accurate, complete, and timely drawing sets Strong collaboration and communication across the team Projects delivered on time and within budget High satisfaction from project managers, supervisors, and clients
