Document findings with accurate field notes, photographs, measurements, and detailed reports. Use specialized tools (e.g., digital levels, slope meters, measuring devices) to verify compliance with accessibility requirements. Prepare written reports outlining deficiencies, non-compliant elements, and recommended corrective actions. Maintain a strong working knowledge of current accessibility codes, USACE policies, and federal building requirements. Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred) Experience with Federal Projects, particularly US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), preferred Experience in facility inspection, accessibility assessment, or building code compliance Strong knowledge of construction practices, materials, and technical specifications Ability to work independently in the field and in varied weather conditions CASp, ICC Accessibility Inspector/Plans Examiner certification, or similar accessibility credential Experience using Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction management software Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and digital inspection/reporting tools Excellent attention to detail, documentation, and reporting skills Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience.
