Architectural Building Assessor

In the capacity, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following: A minimum of 5 years’ experience in building assessments, facility inspections, architecture, building science, construction, structural assessment, or related fields.Ability to evaluate building components in the field and document findings clearly and consistently.Comfortable working independently in the field and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.Proficiency with mobile data collection and basic digital reporting workflows.Willingness and ability to travel regularly for week-long site visits.Hourly/as-needed staffing structure supported; ability to accommodate part-time schedules and experienced/semi-retired professionals.Ability to accommodate part-time schedules and experienced/semi-retired professionals.What we prefer you bring: The salary range for this role is $52.00-$58.00 per hour.
