What you will do Lead building performance simulations, including energy, daylighting, thermal comfort, embodied carbon, and water use, across all project phases. 8-10+ years of relevant professional experience in building performance simulation and sustainable design Proven experience integrating performance strategies into design workflows across all project phases. Strong communicator with the ability to translate technical results into design insights and client narratives. Compensation provided is based on our national range which varies by work location and may also depend on accreditation, experience and responsibilities.
