As a Toll Architecture representative, the Architectural Business Partner will be the liaison between the Division and the Architectural team (both in-house and outside) and the primary point-of-contact from the initial Planning and Design stages through Permitting and Construction for multiple projects. The ABP will collaborate with the Division Senior Leadership team to forecast and plan for future product needs - providing Architectural guidance and market insight that helps ensure on-time community startup and the designed product aligns with targeted buyer demographics. • Collaboration • With the approval of Division leadership, initiate new work orders and/or revisions to existing work, coordinating with in-house and outside Architectural teams.
