Your experience, ideas, and leadership will directly shape the success of our projects, helping drive exceptional outcomes.Our team works with top Fortune 500 clients across multiple industries nationwide, contributing to all phases of projects—from conceptual design and production of construction documents, specifications and detailed drawings, to client engagement, marketing support, contractual management, and construction administration. Team members participate in site evaluations, stay current with building codes and zoning regulations, oversee reviews and approvals, and ensure quality control across all deliverables.Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited programArchitectural registration preferred or in progressHigh proficiency in Revit and/or AutoCAD for production and documentationExperience in construction document preparation and field observationWorking knowledge of building codes, standards and building structuresSpecific work experience in Retail, Healthcare and Education design is a plusAuthorized to work in the U.S.Minimum of 5 years of professional architectural experienceWhy Join MMA’s Retail Team?At MMA, we don’t just work on projects – we build partnerships.
