Position Overview

We are seeking a Project & Construction Manager to lead projects from early planning through construction completion. This role bridges design and execution and is ideal for someone who understands both the creative and technical sides of building.

You will manage multiple projects across pre-development, design coordination, permitting, and construction, working closely with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and ownership to ensure seamless delivery.

Key Responsibilities

 Manage multiple projects from pre-development through construction closeout

 Oversee project schedules, budgets, and overall timelines

 Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors

 Assist with permitting, zoning, and regulatory approvals

 Review construction documents for alignment with scope, quality, and budget

 Act as a liaison between ownership, design teams, and construction teams

 Monitor construction progress, conduct site visits, and resolve field issues

 Track project costs, review invoices, and support draw requests

 Identify risks and proactively solve project challenges

 Maintain clear and consistent communication across all stakeholders

Qualifications

 5+ years of project management experience in architecture, construction, or real estate development

 Experience managing ground-up construction projects (multifamily or commercial experience is a plus)

 Strong understanding of the full project lifecycle, including budgeting and scheduling

 Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

 Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills

 Highly organized with strong attention to detail

 Proficiency in project management software

Preferred Qualifications

 Experience serving as an Owner’s Representative or working on the developer side

 Familiarity with affordable housing projects, including funding and regulatory requirements

 Background in architecture, construction management, or a related field
