Architectural Construction Administrator

** This position is on-site only. We are looking to fill a Construction Administrator position at RKAA Architects. Key Responsibilities You will be performing construction administration duties while RKAA’s projects are under constructionYou will be responsible for performing quality assurance/quality control review of construction documents during and after project completionDuring the construction process, you will perform regular on-site construction observation and document the construction process with images, etc.You will be responsible for reviewing and responding to all RFI’s, shop drawings and submittals for your projectsYou will be reviewing and approving payment applicationsAt the end of the project construction timeline, you will be responsible for performing a punch list and writing up findings for each project Qualifications
