What You'll Do Strong architectural design background with the ability to lead projects independentlyExperience developing plans and drawings beyond basic draftingComfortable in a client-facing role with strong communication and presentation skillsKnowledge of ARB guidelines and ability to design within regulatory constraintsExperience with as-builts, site verification, and field coordinationOn track for architectural licensure (or actively pursuing) preferredLeadership mindset with the desire to grow into a team management role
