We are seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Design Leader to oversee the entirety of building projects from concept to construction. In this role, you will: Conduct research, develop programs, and create plans and designs tailored to client needs.Apply your expertise in architectural design, construction detailing, and applicable zoning and building codes.Create high-quality conceptual plans, renderings, and necessary documentation.Design project layouts and ensure the harmonious integration of engineering elements for client approval.Utilize advanced computer-assisted design software, including AutoCAD and Revit, to produce detailed project designs and construction documents.Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to direct and supervise the production of drawings, specifications, and documents during all design phases.Work alongside the Director of Architecture and project managers to deliver cohesive design outcomes.Engage with multidisciplinary design teams in a collaborative environment to achieve project objectives.Assist in researching and coordinating materials and products for specification documentation.If you're enthusiastic about making an impact through design and construction, we encourage you to apply and join our innovative team!
